Return & Refund Policy
At Docks Caviar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Vintage items may have minor signs of age or wear, which are not considered defects.
- Sale items are also eligible for return unless marked as “Final Sale.”

How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@dockscaviar.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return and provide instructions.
- Ship the item back to our store address above.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping within Belgium is free of charge. For international customers (if applicable), return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
